November 2010: more boxes unpacked

Just in time for Tate's 4th birthday party, we had a pool installed on the front porch.

We got the C.O. last Friday. Yeah!

Ahmad and his crew came back in to paint the stairs and the cabinets.

Dining room's mantel is now in. This mantel came from a house on Hyde Park that burned last year. Two other mantels from that will be installed in the house also came from that house.

Front door with new tempered glass (per code). Sidelite to also have one lite of tempered glass (on order).

Electrical rough-in passed. Mechanical rough-in passed. Framing passed. Insulation passed. Drywall crew to start in a day or two.

Closing in on completing exterior trim and paint.

Windows are going in this week.
