When Winston, our then 4-year old boy, first toured the inside of the house, he said "daddy, why is this house broken." So, we call 407 Oakwood the Broken House. It will make a fine home for our family. Target completion is February of 2010.

Front door with new tempered glass (per code). Sidelite to also have one lite of tempered glass (on order).
Electrical rough-in passed. Mechanical rough-in passed. Framing passed. Insulation passed. Drywall crew to start in a day or two.
