Standing in front parlor and looking up and west. New wood is floor joist for master bedroom. Central wall was not salvageable.

When Winston, our then 4-year old boy, first toured the inside of the house, he said "daddy, why is this house broken." So, we call 407 Oakwood the Broken House. It will make a fine home for our family. Target completion is February of 2010.
